'Zoo 5' will be the first rowhouse project in Seattle under the new multifamily zoning code. The project consists of 5 units that step back from the street in order to preserve a large beech tree and to take advantage of territorial views to the southwest. The units range in size from 1,350sf - 1,750sf, each with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a spacious great room (kitchen, dining, living). Sub-grade parking is provided underneath the units and accessed from the street.
